For almost 50 years, our school community has gathered for the annual all-school auction—a vibrant and celebratory evening that reflects the spirit of Sacred Heart. The auction is our largest, most anticipated event, bringing together our entire community and raising essential funds to support critical resources for our students, preschool - grade 12.
Please join us for our Auction Items Committee Meeting!
Wednesday, December 11, 2024 9:30 AM Main Building, Conference Room (First floor)
A long-standing SHS community tradition, the annual auction is our largest community celebration and a critical fundraising event that secures financial support for exceptional faculty and programming, tuition assistance, and other vital resources that benefit all our students.
100% of the net proceeds from the auction support the education we are so proud to offer our students. The auction is a great community-building event. There are many volunteer opportunities and parents have fun working together to achieve a common goal.
The auction committee needs and appreciates all help from the SHS community. No matter how much or how little help you can give, all is appreciated! Here are some of the ways you help:
Auction Volunteer Form has a list of volunteer opportunities both before the auction or on the night of the event.
Donate an item or service to be auctioned. Need ideas for items? See the Auction Item Ideas, which includes our wish list and fun ideas for "Count Me In" items.
Ask friends, family members, or businesses (especially ones that you frequent) to make donations using our Donate an Item Form.
Underwrite by making a cash contribution to help with expenses.
Sponsor Faculty and Staff (link coming soon) so they may also join us for the evening!
It's simple. Please fill out the Auction Items Donation Form. Next, bring in your item or arrange with the auction committee to have it picked up or delivered closer to the auction. Be sure to provide brochures or pictures for the display of your item if available!
