Athletics Boosters
Both the LMS and SHP Athletics Boosters are volunteer organizations that promote school spirit within the student and parent community. The Boosters seek ways to benefit Sacred Heart student-athletes by enhancing the quality of the programs, raising supplemental funds to support sports teams and assisting the Athletics Department with large events.
LMS Athletics Boosters
In addition to fundraising and event assistance, the LMS Athletics Boosters coordinates team parent and photographer initiatives for the 50+ LMS sports teams over four different sport seasons. Major events coordinated by the Boosters include the league cross country, swim, and track meets, the Annual 8th Grade vs. Faculty Basketball Game each November, Sports Award Night, and the 8th Grade Girls Flag Football Game.

Michael Murphy 8th Grade v. Faculty Basketball Game
Always a popular event, this 25-year tradition pits members of our 8th grade boys' teams against a team of faculty and staff. It's a young v. old rivarly for the ages!
Preceding and during the game, food trucks offer a variety of fare, a raffle is held, and the Athletics Booster Club has plenty of gear for sale. -
8th Grade Girls Flag Football Game
In this yearly matchup of 8th grade girls' football, Sacred Heart takes on Menlo. Let the games begin!
Held in late May/early June, annually. -
League Meets
Annually held for swimming (October) and track (May). -
Sports Night Celebration
Honoring all of our sports programs at the LMS, this special evening recognizes the teamwork and good sportsmanship that characterize our student-athletes.
SHP Athletics Boosters
The SHP Athletics Boosters is a volunteer organization which fosters camaraderie and school spirit within the athletics community at Sacred Heart Prep. Our fundraising efforts include the Booster Pass, Gator Gear merchandise and hosting two community-building events throughout the school year. The proceeds from fundraising supports all SHP sports teams, students and coaches. All SHP parents and guardians are welcomed and encouraged to join us!
