Ms. Goode

Ms. Goode left the comfortable nest of Boulder, Colorado to attend Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Sports Administration.  Following her passion for sports, Ms. Goode worked for one year with her beloved Denver Broncos before moving to the Bay Area.  What was intended as a one-year internship turned into a 25-year career in progressively greater roles in Stanford's Department of Athletics.  She finished her final 13 years there as the Senior Woman Administrator and part of the executive leadership team, which included serving as the primary liaison between Athletics and the Undergraduate Office of Admission.  During her work at Stanford, Ms. Goode simultaneously earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Ms. Goode joined the SHP College Counseling team in 2022, continuing to feed her passion for helping individuals become the best version of themselves.  Outside of work, Ms. Goode is an avid baker, a passionate sports fan of many different sports, a world traveler, and a cultural arts enthusiast.
