Prep football: SHP improves to 3-0

The Gators turned a 18-12 halftime lead, into a 54-18 final as Sacred Heart outscored Saratoga 36-6 in the 2nd half. Tevita Moimoi scored 4 touchdowns, and Parker Issacson had 2 interceptions to pace the Gators, who improved to 3-0 on the season.

Tevita Moimoi scored four touchdowns of runs of 10, 54 and 66 yards and on a 6-yard pass play from Raymond Price III as the Sacred Heart football team downed host Saratoga, 54-18, in a nonleague game Friday night.

Bryant Gavello also scored on a 5-yard run to help the Gators improve to 3-0 heading into next Friday's game at Hillsdale at 7:30 p.m.

Parker Isaacson intercepted a pair of passes for the Gators, who won three games all of last year.

John Denniston also scored for SH Prep and Ronan Donnelly connected on a 45-yard field goal after Price III's athletic play to gain control of a bad snap.
